The scoring of the test was broken up as follows:
- 150 or less – Minor stress
- 150 – 199 – Mild stress
- 200 – 299 – Moderate stress
- 300+ – Major stress
One Girl scored 489…
Nowhere in the test however, did it ask about how you cope with stress.
Life is very stressful for a lot of us and the Two Girls feel they are pretty resilient most of the time. We are thankful for the little things in life that make us smile and ease some of that stress.
For One Girl that is:
Coming home to the puppies that truly do have unconditional love going on; the cat also, however he is more demanding than loving. It’s a cat thing!
Sitting on her parents deck looking out over the beautiful view.
Spending time with her great niece.
A game of words with friends, even if she is getting thrashed!
Snuggling up on the couch on a cold wintery day watching Footloose (the original) or Mamma Mia: Kevin Bacon, Pierce Bronson – nothing more to say!
Finding quiet moments to just think.
